HR AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Role
We’re looking for a highly attentive, efficient, and process-minded HR and Administrative Assistant to join our People & Culture Division, to work across a variety of tasks including contracting, onboarding, recruiting, and other tasks to support the administrative services division! Working with a high volume of new hires and changes, this role will see you working across many systems, maintaining databases with the utmost of accuracy, supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle, assisting with the recruitment process, and taking on ad hoc administrative tasks and projects such as organizing materials for Retail stores across the country.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you will be someone who has had some experience/exposure in a junior HR capacity, with strong attention to detail, and exceptional MS Office skills. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills will be imperative to success in this role, with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently! This is a highly fast-paced environment requiring the handling of high-volume data, so if you’re someone who’s swift and accurate, we’d love to talk to you!
