Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges related to logistics operations.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of current logistics processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Develop and implement innovative strategies, solutions, and initiatives to enhance logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to drive decision-making.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to support system enhancements and project implementations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, IT, and finance, to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management, and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
5. Familiarity with logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
