Position Description:
We are a ServiceNow partner operating in Israel. We are looking for a ServiceNow technical consultant to work for us remotely from Portugal on projects outside of Portugal.
Position duties and responsibilities:
- Configuration of ServiceNow on various modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
- Script writing on the platform
- Portal configuration and development
- Workspaces configuration and development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related areas
- At least 1 year of proven experience working with ServiceNow as a technical consultant
- Good communication skills and ability to work constructively with customer
- Highly motivated, organised and able to work remotely with self-discipline
- Good level of English speaking is mandatory
