We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive for international process (Voice/Non-voice)
As Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and chats. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
In this role, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to problem-solve and think on your feet. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner
- Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services as appropriate
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a customer service role, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. They should be able to work well in a team environment and be comfortable using various technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
