- Supervise and direct warehouse staff involved in the handling, storage, and distribution of Finish Goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of Finish Goods items.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies regarding storage and handling of goods.
