Job description
Cold call people using a given phone directory
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Set date and information needed and update in the system
Basic Requirement:
· Malaysian Citizens
· At least SPM or above qualification
· MUST have at least 1 year experience in INBOUND OR OUTBOUND telemarketing or customer service ( working in BPO INDUSTRY )
· Good in WRITING AND SPEAKING English & Malay Language ( Required). Mandarin can add advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- TeleMarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
