Assist the Manager in all matters related to domestic and export Sales such as prospecting new customer, to provide after sales service, to attend inquiries and complaint and others relevant activities assigned from time to time To promote and support the planned sales activities for all products under FGVIF, by identifying and approaching the right target channel, distribution network, develop and nurture relationships with prospects, partners and export customers. Attend export enquiries and manage communication & resolve contentious concerns in relation to export customers/authorities/forwarding & logistic partners whilst maintaining professional relationship. Administer & schedule efficient export business activities and identify appropriate transportation mode to ensure smooth functioning & compliance to all organizational policies & procedures. Provide relevant information and ensure documentations for export matter are prepared on time. To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects’ positions in the industry (domestic and export); researching and preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation. Responsible to track and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales volume (value and quantity). To do research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. To compile, analyse and present market and competitors’ activities. To contribute as a team player effectively. To be responsible for sales KPI given/assigned. Any other duties as maybe assigned by the management from time to time. Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures, rules & regulation are adhered.The business components for Integrated Farming include cash crops, paddy and rice, animal nutrition and protein, livestock and dairy farming. Under the FGV’s Integrated Farming blueprint, initiatives to be carried out in 2020 include: - Developing business model FGV Agro Farmers and contract farming schemes for cash crops and rice and paddy. - Animal Feed expansion – to R & D and create more new PKE and non-PKE based feed pelletized. Dairy cattle pellet (DCP) and goat’s pellet are the two new formulation that is targeted to be launched in 2020. - Venture into Dairy Cattle – will lead developing premium animal feed, utilisation of our Logistics in transportation and storage, incorporating the usage of molasses in our feed and leveraging the distribution network from our downstream.
