Job Summary
Perform high level administration, related processing and technical functions for the Tuition Reciprocity and Midwest Student Exchange Program. Provide primary customer support for the Tuition Reciprocity and Midwest Student Exchange Program and shared customer support for all other state financial aid programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Resume must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to customers in person, on the phone, and through e-mail and other written correspondence.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and active listening skills to effectively respond to stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases sufficient to create, compile, modify, format and protect reports and documents.
- Mathematics skills sufficient to identify and resolve discrepancies in data from multiple entities and across multiple years. Ability and confidence to work independently with Excel formulas.
- Accurately input and retrieve data from databases.
- Ability to relate to racially and culturally diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply applicable state laws, rules and policies.
- Experience at a college, university or State Agency setting working with federal, Minnesota and institutional financial aid or reciprocity programs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to position self and move sufficiently to sort and file documents and perform repetitive tasks.
- Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
- Lift and move paper supply boxes up to 20 pounds as needed.
