Job Description - Proficiently grasp relevant products knowledge, promptly and accurately handle customer demands, and quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction/retention. - Proactively identify, summarize, and verify potential issues through customer feedback, pass on the problems to relevant departments for follow-up, or propose effective suggestions to assist in business optimization. Job Responsibilities: - To respond on emails, phone calls, comments and reviews received on social media and other platforms. - To assist customers in resolving order related problems, including missing items, warranty, delayed deliveries and other issues. - To respond to chat enquiries from each Market store and related communication channels. - To liaise with the warehouse team on inventory and complaints related to warehouse processes. - To support production customer service on the invoice including DO checking. - Handle unexpected events and tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: - Able shift rotake (Include Night Shift, Weekend & Public Holiday) - Able to accept overtime/shift changes during event periods. - Able to communicate in Malay and English. - Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage - Able work in Bukit Minyak - Good discipline and teamwork spirit - Fresh Graduates / Entry Level are strongly encouraged to apply - With or without experience, training will be provided by company
